My hair is very thin and fine. I have Graves’ disease so I lose alot of hair, good thing it grows back. It definitely reduces the frizz and give your hair a smooth silky shiny look!!! I do love the way the curls turn out and they hold most of the day. However for my hair I think for me to get the total look I am trying to achieve is to have both sizes. So recommend buying both.
